Linteloo in VT Wonen
Made in Holland
For decades, Dutch furniture designers have been key players in the global interior design sector. Of course we are proud of that and it’s a great reason to highlight Dutch Design labels. An exciting comes round each year: who will win the WoonbeursPin during the Woonbeurs Amsterdam? This year, Linteloo was chosen as the winner of this special interior design award. For twenty years the company has been producing beautiful furniture, designed by its own ‘Lab’ and by renowned Dutch and international designers.
It is a tradition for the winner of the WoonbeursPin to select an annual ‘Young Talent’. Linteloo has chosen experimental designer Lex Pott. His designs are also on show during the Woonbeurs Amsterdam.
Well-known Dutch labels show their latest collections as well as their classics within the ‘Dutch Design District’ of the Woonbeurs. Get advice from the experts from Linteloo, Leolux, Gelderland, Castelijn, Harvink and Pode. Visit www.woonbeurs.nl for a list of all participating brands.
Lex Pott (1985) graduated with distinction from the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2009. Nowadays he works from his studio in an old shipyard within the NDSM-grounds, on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Pott employs a raw and intuitive method. In his work, he returns to the very essence of the materials he uses, which are mainly wood, stone and metal. This is very apparent in his sandblasted wooden cabinet ‘Diptych’ and the unique ‘True Colours’ vases. www.lexpott.nl
